I'm still kinda sick though. So we shall see. I just want to say thanks for everyone that wished me a Happy Birthday, it was much appreciated.

It's nice to know that people still take time out of their day to show others that they appreciate someone. I mean take Heather for example:
It's nice to know that she still cares about me. Aww.
But I mean who doesn't want to wake up to the sweet sweet jams of Soul and R&B? Man, I know I do. Well usually its the ring of my cell phone, because I set 3 alarms. The R&B machine is the last one to go off, thus I usually forget to turn it off. Sometime I will show you how to turn it off Heather. But seriously what if it's like 8am and you suddenly hear... Buh Buh Buh Boyz II Men, abc, bbd..... and all the philly steaks you can eat...
With that I am setting my 3rd alarm and turning the volume all the way up. Goodnight. :)
And in the words of my home dawgs:
Doin' a little east coast swing, [Paul] going off, Not too hard, not too soft...
word. ::ghetto pose::

It's been a while since my last entry. A lot has happened. I'm starting to get back into the RIT swing of things with classes and the work load. I have a feeling this year I'm going to be hit hard with projects and homework. meh. I guess that's what I have to do to become an engineer.
Last night we had Party #2 at the apartment. It was fun as always and it's awesome seeing everyone. Check out Heather's flickr account for the photos of the night.
Today I went to Sean's BBQ over at RIT. It was fun minus the bees. Stupid bees. Anyway it was nice to hang out with him again and hamburgers/hot dogs are good hang over food. heh.
Some family things have come up and I will probably be driving to PA sometime this week...
I need to get some sleep, tomorrow is going to be hell... I already know it.

So guess who is back in Rochester?? Oh, it's me, it's me!!
So we moved in Sept 1st and it was fun... tiring but fun. Then we had our house warming party this past Saturday... yeah... it was... just like me... AWESOME!
So yeah my birthday is just around the corner.. I will be the big 21. I'm excited. Actually there is a bar right across the street from my apartment complex, so I don't have to worry about driving home. I just have to get across like 4 lanes of traffic and not get hit. Oooooo just like Frogger. I told Heather we should have a Nintendo party, because I was born in the year of the Nintendo, but sadly I was off a year. The Nintendo was released in the US in 1985 not 1984. However, if you goto the Nintendo wiki there was some stuff going on in 1984... sadly in Japan... but still. I'm still cool.
So the new apartment is great. I love it. I couldn't ask for anything more. Well maybe a bigger bed, but it sure beats an air mattress, that's for sure. So I here it is... my room and me being stupid... ya know it happens:
Oh yeah... dorkiness to the max.
Oh I found a computer in the garbage the other day... so I took it, it still had the motherboard, processor, and ram... so why not? Maybe I will make it a project PC, or just sell the parts on eBay. We shall see. Well I think that's enough for now. I'm sure there will be more as the year progresses.
byebye!
**UPDATE** It appears that the Nintendo 64 was released on my birthday September 29th, 1996 booya. Zelda was and still is the best Nintendo game eva!

Well today was my last day at work. I had a great time at Harris and I wouldn't mind coming back. It was an amazing experience, living on my own in a new place. I can't believe that this summer is almost over. I've had so many awesome experiences it's amazing. I guess the following will just be a brain stream of random summer events because I think that's the best way to summarize my summer. It seemed the most fitting. And sorry I'm not going to be cutting this one. So here's to Maryland, to Harris, to everyone that I have met down here, and to the future...

These are my electronic emotions...
I'm sure I've forgotten plenty, but I just can't think anymore because I am falling asleep. I'm sure some of you are reading those and have no idea what they mean. It's ok, I think it's more like me thinking out loud so that I don't forget the amazing experiences that I had this summer. More like a brain dump than a brain stream. heh. If I think of anymore I will add them.
I think I plan on leaving sometime this weekend. I might call up Sean and see if he wants to do lunch on my way up to NY.
I will be looking forward to the future as I spend the fall at RIT and looking for a winter co-op.
I am leaving one thing in MD, and I hope everything works out and I'm sure it will...we shall see :)
Ok yeah... this entry makes no sense, I guess I just needed to write something down so that I won't forget.
Sorry no picture again... it just didn't seem right...
So Maryland, thank you for giving me an amazing summer, an amazing co-op, and an amazing life...

Sean's last day at work was this past Thursday. We had an excellent going away party at Martino's. He left my apartment for PA this past Friday. It was a sad, sad day. He will be greatly missed... oh wait... I'll probably see him up at RIT. heh.
In Memory of Sean, I present to you "Sounds of the Office" by Sean Davis:
( Sounds of the Office )
Basically it's just quotes from Family Guy and Aqua Teen that we would constantly say in the office, but still... it was a good time. Definitely a good time...
So now on to my weekend. Three words plus punctuation: IT WAS AMAZING!
It is my last week here in MD and I have mixed feelings about it. I will be leaving a nice place and nice people. On the other hand, I will be going back to school and seeing everyone again. I've realized that certain people are important to me, and I should go more out of my way to let them know. So I think I am going to change that about myself and become more social, and just care for people more now. I never really did before, but I think now that I have let a few things go, and gained a few things, I think I'm ready to let people know that they are appreciated.
I think this co-op has been a good experience for me. I have done a lot of personal reflection and I've learned quite a bit about myself and others. Sometimes it makes me think that I'm growing up too fast. Well you have to grow up sometime...
Sorry no picture this time...
She came from the Internet... and she is amazing...yes... yes she is...

So basically out of my 10 hour work day I can confidently say that I only worked for about an hour. Yeah... Basically they didn't think that Sean and I would be this awesome on all the projects that they gave us. They gave us about 4. Yeah... so now we are pretty bored. We talked to our boss and were like "So in the mean time do you have anything for us to work on?"... he kinda looked at us and chuckled... "Heh, No..." So I guess I'm going to get a good review. Heh, bonus for me. hehe. So here's what happened today...
For those of you who are familiar working with electrostatic sensitive equipment, you know you must be grounded before handling it. Well we were working with some boards earlier in the month and we still have the anti-static mat and grounding wires/bracelets in our office. Well Sean and Ryan thought it would be hilarious to attack me with them. Well Ryan had the cord to his phone and Sean had the grounding wire. Yeah that was fun. No worries though, I grabbed the other grounding wire and began my reign of terror. So we did that for quite a bit. Then Sean and I basically went "whip for whip" with the grounding wires. Then Sean and I attacked Ryan, where after Ryan slammed me with his stapler. Yeah... as you can tell, we don't have anything to do... hahah.
So check out the sweet battle damage!!!!
Yeah that's my arm. As you can see those are the welts that were left. And the one kinda in the middle you can actually see the trail of the wire... kinda cool... the mark is still there now... haha.
Here are the partners in crime with the weapons of mass destruction
You can't see it, but Sean was swinging a grounding wire. Also all throughout the day we were attacking each other with our keyboard wrist rests. Those really hurt. Mines manly purple and Sean's is green as you can see in the picture. And thats the famous stapler Ryan beat me with.
Glad to see my co-op is going well huh? heh.
So after work we (Sean, Ryan, and I), went to the bar with Jimmy (another new hire, he was in our office for a little while, but then was moved to his real desk). I originally didn't want to go because I wanted to work on the car a little bit, but I gave in. It was fun, I'm glad I went. I am sure going to miss a lot of people from work. They are all so friendly, and just awesome. I hope that all my co-ops are like this.
Fun is in store for the weekend... I will post later detailing the events...
PG over and out...

Ok, so I forgot to update like whoa, and a lot happened.
Ok so let me take you back to last Monday: I flew out to Rochester from Baltimore to goto our company picnic thing. It was awesome, I went through the metal detector no problem ;-). heh. So when we got to Rochester our hotel was the Strathallan on East Ave. I walked into my room and was like... um no bed... there is a chair and a sofa... must be a sofa sleeper... oh it was not... I continued a little farther... boom there was a the bedroom... bedroom?! Needless to say... it was pimp and I didn't have to pay for it. So we went out for dinner at Brio. It was very good. I had the salmon. So after that I went out with Addy to one of the local bars and it was fun. It was nice to see her again after everything that has happened, talk and catch up. :-)
Tuesday: The company picnic. I was in the poker tournament, but sadly I failed to get a good hand and I was probably the 4th person out at my table. Sean didn't do so hot either. So after that we had BBQ and cheered on the AJ Encrypt0rs Softball team. They made it to the semi finals, it was an awesome, it was hot, it was great. Todd the VP of the AJ (Annapolis Junction, MD that's where I work) office, had 2 in the park homeruns... basically he was the MVP of our team. After the picnic we got a tour of the Rochester Manufacturing Building where they make the radios with the chip that AJ works on. The guy was like... yeah feel how light these are... it weighed the same as an RIT brick. So it was moderate. Someone asked the price tag: let's just say you could by a car with the money... I gulped and gave the radio to someone else. haha. After the tour, we headed to Dinosaur BBQ and finally the airport. I got in about 7ish and was dead tired.
Wednesday: Work. Then I played volleyball with some of the guys at work. it was fun... and sandy. Sean and I were trash talking up a storm, but sadly we were defeated. And I got sand in my mouth... yuck!
Thursday: Work.
Friday: One word:
 BOOYA!!!
Saturday & Sunday: Not much, drove the car a little bit, napped, ate... just played it low key
So this brings us to Today: Work. I woke up this morning... ready to goto work... great it's raining. I have to drive my new baby in the rain... meh. However later the weather people were all like HEAT ADVISORY!!! Heat advisory nothing, we still played ultimate frisbee after work. OMG was it effing HOT!!! I'm amazed we played three games. I was sweating like a pig, it was gross. I just basically took a shower with my clothes on... they were drenched. I also ordered some new barbells. I got one that glows in the dark... I'm such a dork. haha. Ok well I'm going to make myself some dinner and then pass out and goto sleep.
I just thought that everyone would enjoy this, I took a picture of it at the Air and Space Museum. haha:
The one with the glasses is me... well I mean I wasn't born yet, but seriously that guy is me... ok PG over and out...
***UPDATE*** Yeah my power just went out... I'm pissed. I guess not everyone is having the problem, since I am online via my laptop... grrrrrrr it's soooo hot...

So guess who finally got a car? Oh it's me, it's me. So this past Friday I went down to VA with Sean to look at two Jettas. One was a 1999 and the other was a 2001. The 2001 one looked in crappier condition than the 1999 and it had more miles. So after test driving the 1999, I put a deposit on it, and I am going to pick it up this coming Friday. Yay. Check her out:
It's like BRIGHT RED. It's still awesome though. I'm so excited. I will want to take road trips all the time now. And of course Greg and I will start cruising for ladies... oh yeah.. hahaha. So let me explain the trip. Basically I pick up Sean around 12ish, and first we were going the wrong way and turned around. And I was like ok were good now, traffic is kinda flowing. And then once we hit 495 BOOM! TRAFFIC. So I was like disappointed because I have been having the shittiest luck recently. So I tell Sean, "This possibly can't get any worse, " oh but it did. Super down pour. What are the chances right? Yeah so that was awesome. So we finally get there and I do all the car stuff and we are now on our way home. We hit rush hour traffic. Basically it took us like two and a half hours to get home. It was crazy and it was pouring rain... but I didn't care... I got a car. YAY! So after that, Sean and I hung out for the rest of the night. He made homemade pizza and had some beers. It was great: pizza, beer, AC, and Aqua Teen Hunger Force. Basically we ate a whole 18" pizza by ourselves.
So today Sean, Tom(another co-worker of mine), and I went to Washington DC. It was my first time there so it was awesome. We went to the National Air and Space Museum and the National Museum of Natural History. It was a total blast. It was nice to go with people that knew the area and what was what down there. So it was awesome. I took a bunch of pictures so it was cool. One of better ones:
HAHA. Nothing like dinosaur poop. HAHA. That one's for Heather. But I took pictures of dinosaurs, planes, jets, rocks and minerals, and other stuff. If anyone wants to see them just ask me. And Sean told me that no DC trip is complete without the famous picture of the Washington Manument:
 HAHA. One word: Awesomeness.

So some flash memory and I have not been getting along for quite some time now. That and compilers that feel that bitwise ANDs should be optimized out have been going toe to toe. So tomorrow, flash memory and mr. compiler please be nice to me, that's all I ask. Needless to say... disregard what you just read and start reading here:
Tomorrow I head home for the weekend.
Hopefully this Friday I will purchase a vechile and be done with it. Then I will be able to take road trips and be awesome for a change. The first thing I plan to do to my car is hack the CD player to inline my iPod. I mean cmon... who uses CDs anymore? Oh...you still do? I'm sorry... I didn't mean to offend you... we'll just say you're old school ;-) heh. Yes I am dork... and I'm damn proud of it. So I will be getting in around Thursday night, so I can stop in for Trivia with Heather and company. She told me that German Dan(aka Red Haired Dan) will be there too. So it will be awesome to see him too. After that I will look at a car on Friday, and then decide who to visit if anyone if I have time. The processing stuff will determine my departure time. So yeah my cell will be on, so just call me or something. If you don't know my cell, ask around I'm sure someone has it. haha.
I think I want to buy a guitar as well and try to teach myself how to play it. However I have noticed I am pretty tone deaf and melody is not my forte(think really hard about that one.... it's funny... hehehehehe) so I don't really know how that will work out. I'm a rhythm guy... so who knows if this will just be a lost cause. My ultimate goals is maybe to write one or two songs, and eek... maybe sing... now that's an challenge all its own. heh. So now that I'm thinking about it... maybe Paul won't buy a guitar... haha. who knows.
Ok well I have to goto bed early so I can leave work early. If you want see me get a hold of me... otherwise I will never know. Night.

I have come to realize that there are couple things I need... well I don't think I need them, but more or less would like to have...
I need a car. I need to be more out going. I need more tattoos I need a hair cut. (already) I need a girlfriend. I need to get my stomach back. I need to goto thrusday night trivia again. I need to be 21... like now. I need to be in love. I need to exercise. I need to eat better. I need to move into our apartment in Rochester. I need a hug. I need a better computer... well... heh.
meh, I'm sure there is more but yeah.
Maryland is going well so far. I have lots of fun at my job and I really like going to work. I get along well with everyone there, and it seems that it's a very tight knit company. The people there are great and I really can't complain. So I'm glad that I chose to come down here. However, sometimes it does get a little lonely, I won't lie. I mean I've hung out with Sean (The other co-op working for Harris and he's actually from RIT... go figure!), and he's always a blast. But if I was down here with someone I think I would take more initiative to go out and do things. Eh I guess it's just the price I pay.
Meh I really need a car. I mean I'm using the Oldsmobile that was my grandma's that now belongs to the family. It's like driving a couch. I just want a car of my own. The first car I was going to buy was sold a day before I went up to PA to go buy it. Kinda pissed me off bc after a month of looking for something I finally found something that I liked. Then I saw one this past week... yeah sold. At the rate I'm going I won't get a car and I don't want to settle for a POS that will break within a year.Oh well I guess I'll just keep my eyes open... or just ride my bike to school all the effing time. meh.
Lighter note, my parents came to visit me this past weekend and I had lots of fun. We went to the aquarium in Baltimore and hit up the Inner Harbor. They basically took me out to dinner like everyday they were here, so I can't really complain. So it was nice to see them and hang out with them. Mom that she was cute and bought me this:
heh. It's cute, so just remember, I'm an angel ;-) ... er I try to be. Well I think this entry is long enough, I probably could go on for a while. So if you haven't talked to me in a while, don't be a stranger, get a hold of me.

Well today I woke up nice and early... like 1pm. Finally I got a day that I could sleep in. I was on the phoner most of the night last night and it was nice to talk. I haven't done one of those for quite some time. Later this afternoon I went to a graduation party for Laura's cousin. It was nice getting to see her, or anyone for that matter. Laura is a barrel of fun, so I'm happy she told me she was in town. It was nice I got to meet her family and what not, and it seems that at all family get togethers... relatives all in one place are crazy. hah. I had fun, better than doing nothing on a saturday and iHeart Laura so it worked out :-)
So on my way back from that it was pretty much night time and Fall Out Boy was on my iPod. It made me miss the nights of driving around aimlessly with Heather and Greg in Rochester. Soooo much fun we had.
I can't wait till we get to move into our apartment this September. It's going to be a blast. Heather already has plans in the works for our themed parties and what not. So I best be brushing up on my bar tending skills... er getting some is more like it. haha. I should use that book Heather and Greg got my for christmas. Hopefully in September I will get some work done on my Tiger as well. I need color and I think I'll try to add the cherry blossoms, but we shall see.
Well I'm off to watch stuff on my computer... good thing I stocked up before I came to MD. Night.

I went to Sears the other day because I needed a shower curtain. I got one. A RED one.
